Ticket fees: Gearz charges 5% + $0.50 per paid ticket. Stripe charges its own processing fee (currently 2.9% + $0.30 in the US) on top of that — Gearz does not collect it.
Most tools in this category are free and take a percentage of everything you sell, which means your bill grows every time a meet goes well. A flat plan does the opposite: $19.99 for the club for the month whether you sell 20 tickets or 400, so you can price a meet without doing fee math first. If you never sell tickets, stay on the free Enthusiast plan — it costs nothing and we would rather you did that than pay for something you are not using.

They don't have to sign up to see your stuff. Every event and club page is a public link that works for anyone — post it in your group chat or on Instagram like you do now. Members only make an account when they RSVP or buy a ticket.
Your roster is yours. Crew Chief includes member export to CSV, so you can pull your full member list out whenever you want. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
